Today is the birth anniversary of Bengal's fire-knotted daughter, valiant martyr Pritilata Waddedar. The life of this revolutionary woman, who sacrificed her life for independence, was a bright example of courage, struggle and self-sacrifice. The attack on the European Club in Pahartali under her leadership was not just a historical event; it was a burning declaration of women's equal rights and participation. We pay our deep respects on the birth anniversary of Pritilata, the symbol of this great self-sacrifice and indomitable courage.
