Protest against obstruction in valiant freedom fighter's burial, attempt to attack CPB office with 'Awami League' tag!

CPB staged a programme protesting the allegation of obstructing the burial of valiant freedom fighter Manik Pashari, who testified against convicted war criminal and Jamaat leader Sayeedi. At the same time, leaders and activists of the party raised their voices in protest against the attack on female Baul singers in Sunamganj.

In this context, around 10:00 pm on Monday, a group of individuals took position in front of the CPB office chanting slogans such as "The address of Awami League will not be in this Bengal". Allegations have been raised that an attempt is being made to vandalize the office by branding CPB as "Awami League". Speaking on condition of anonymity, a leader of CPB's student wing pointed the finger at Jamaat for the incident.
