DU wants to delay the trial of Tofazjal's killers

Five of the 21 DU students named in the chargesheet are in jail and have given confessionary statements. The remaining 15 accused are still absconding. Regarding DU's submission of a no-confidence petition against this police investigation report, Tofazjal's cousin Asma Akhter said, 'This petition has been filed solely to delay the trial of the case.'
