Child van driver Rifat (12) killed by throat slitting to snatch van

According to police and local sources, Rifat was a fifth-grade student. Amidst family hardship, Rifat irregularly drove a rented van. Two people planned to snatch Rifat's van because it was small. After killing him and burying the body, the van was sold for 18,000 taka.
