Safiul, raised in a poverty-stricken day laborer's family, went to Saudi Arabia with a burden of debt. He could not eat properly for 15 months as he failed to get a job. Overcome by hardship, he collected food from mosques and spent nights on the street, and finally died on July 28 at the gate of a hospital in Saudi Arabia due to lack of treatment and food.
